Provides vocational and social rehabilitation in a supportive environment for Contra Costa County adults living with serious mental illness. Offers a hybrid model of in-person and virtual Work-Ordered Day programming and social activities. Participants share ownership and responsibility for the success of the organization by working in a unique partnership with a small staff, building on strengths rather than focusing on illness and finding purpose and meaning through work. Provides a safe, accepting place to spend the day, valuable work to perform within the organization, opportunities to socialize with friends and co-workers, and access to employment and resources within the wider community. Membership is free and lifelong. Members are eligible for supportive services including, rental assistance, food and transportation. Provides transportation and rides for medical appointments, grocery shopping, errands, banking and more. Site offers a food pantry for members who are facing food insecurities and supports members in signing up for CalFresh and connecting to local food banks.

Offers a coordinated statewide, regional, and county-level system designed to provide collaborative and timely state-level phone-based response and county-level in-home, in-person mobile response during situations of instability, to preserve the relationship of the caregiver and the child or youth. Service includes a toll-free hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week staffed with counselors trained in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques for children and youth impacted by trauma. County Mobile Response System and Stabilization Teams also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In-home de-escalation, stabilization, conflict resolution, and support services and resources. Ongoing support services beyond the initial mobile response.
