Offers sliding scale mediation services to help individuals find mutually fair and lasting solutions to conflict and disputes between neighbors, landlords and tenants, merchants, consumers, employees and employers in Contra Costa. It is an informal service that will not result in court or police records. Panel hearings are normally held within 14 days from time of request, with sessions scheduled at the convenience of participants. Mediators are trained volunteer community members.
