Offers assistance is to help prevent homelessness for households at immediate risk of becoming homeless, once every two years. Program provides limited financial assistance to eligible applicants for housing-related expenses. Assistance may be available for up to one month of rental arrears (back rent) for households that can demonstrate the ability to maintain ongoing housing costs after receiving support. Security deposit assistance may also be available for individuals or families who are relocating due to an unexpected or urgent situation, with requests required to be submitted within 30 days before or after the move-in date. This program does not provide assistance for more than one month of back rent, future or advance rent payments, late fees, or utility bills. The CalFresh program is a nutrition assistance program in which eligible low income households can purchase food at participating grocery stores with the use of an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card that looks like a credit or debit card. Someone can be eligible if they own a home, have no children, are working, own a vehicle, or have no permanent address. Provides school-based health clinics to children's, teens, and young adults across multiple campuses in Contra Costa County. Locations include Antioch, John Swett, Mt. Diablo, Pittsburg, West Contra Costa Unified School Districts, Liberty Union High School District and Contra Costa Community College District. Services provided include physical exams, sports clearances, reproductive healthcare (for minors as well), treatment of minor infections or illnesses, dental exams, cleaning, fluoride treatment, fillings, sealants, and pre-screening for referrals for behavioral health services. If patient is or was part of child welfare/foster youth and asks for reproductive care or information they will receive a $50 gift card.

Works with county mental health as a bridge between the system and explaining to families who are dealing with a family member 18+ and dealing with behavioral health issues.
