State and local government agencies are required to accept the Safe at Home address; however, private entities and the federal government are not. Provides 24-hour toll free crisis line to Alameda residents and a counseling and referral service staffed by volunteers trained to assist in individual and family-related crisis.

Provides general dental care for homeless individuals, including: cleaning, fillings and referrals to other clinics for specific dental treatments. No urgent care or same day appointments. Program is located at Concord Respite Care and Shelter Clinic.
