Offers door-to-door demand-response trips, and standing orders. Program registrants can travel within a specified geographic service area to include cities of Richmond, El Cerrito, San Pablo, North Richmond, El Sobrante, Kensington, and Pinole. Reservations are required and can be made up to 30 days in advance; same day service is based on availability.

Provides services across four areas (income, assets, wellness, and social connections) to low-income parents and those with a history of incarceration or probation seeking coaching, workshops, and assistance in obtaining employment, launching a career, building a budget, repairing credit, resolving legal issues, applying for public benefits, and becoming a better parent or neighbor.
