Offers 8-week developmental playgroups designed to help parents and children work together to meet the child's developmental goals. Grants dreams for terminally-ill adults, fulfills final dreams that provider inspiration, comfort and closure at the end of life. Recipients must be U.S. residents, whose resources prevent them from fulfilling a final wish. Granted dreams do not include cash or property; travel outside the United States; cruises; computers; legal or medical assistance, treatment, or equipment; and cannot be a surprise. Terminally ill person makes the request.

Provides consumer information, education, and protection including maintaining files of verified information about businesses located in the counties of service, processes complaints and makes available reliability reports on companies and charitable or soliciting organizations. Website has listing of tips and alerts for consumers, videos and other resources for consumers and businesses. Provides a listing of charities and donors as well as taking complaints on charities. Provides a variety of services for businesses including dispute resolution services and accreditation information.

Provides DNA testing for a variety of needs including: paternity tests, prenatal tests, immigration needs (relationship to sponsor relative), testing for death benefits (biological relationship), unmarried military with children for death benefit purposes , Social Security benefits (biological relationship testing), veterinary testing for breeding, and forensics testing. Person needing test is directed to a lab within 60 miles of their home to obtain DNA swab which is then mailed to testing center.
