Provides support to businesses (including management, employees, and community programs) around diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. Consultation, training and resources promote diversity, equity and inclusion to assist people in the workplace acquire the knowledge and interpersonal skills they need to work effectively with individuals with disabilities. Supports businesses in developing awareness and understanding to break down barriers and strengthen successful communication and productive interaction.

Provides Ombudsmen who advocate for residents of long-term care facilities which include skilled nursing facilities, large assisted living facilities and small 6-8 bed residential care homes for the elderly. Ombudsmen work with residents to improve their quality of care thru review of care plans and mediating with health care providers. Provides a phone and online program that offers activities, education, friendly conversation, and a variety of classes and support groups for older adults, accessible from the comfort of your home. Groups include games, writing poems, lifelong learning, virtual tours, meditation, gratitude sharing, support, and everyday connections with others nationwide. Participants can join groups by phone or online, however, they feel conformable. No special equipment is needed and the calls, including registration, are free.

Provides Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services for Medi-Cal members with highly complex needs. ECM is a benefit that provides extra services to help clients get the care needed to stay healthy. Qualified individuals will have their own care team, including a Lead Care Manager who will talk to client, doctors, specialists, pharmacists, case managers, social services providers and others to make sure everyone works together to get client the care needed. Lead Care Managers can also help clients find and apply for other services in their communities which include, medically tailored meals and housing supports.

Provides children with disabilities a recreation assistants to enable them to attend traditional after school care programs. It is open to children in grades K-8. UCPGG pays for the recreation assistant and the participating family is only responsible for the traditional charges of the after school program that they choose.
