Supportive services include assistance with housing search and temporary/permanent housing placement, time-limited subsidy assistance using Rapid Rehousing and Housing First models and on-demand in-home services. Eligible families are referred through EHSD and the H3 County Coordinated Entry System. Offers Youth and Young Adult (YYA) Housing Support program which provides time-limited subsidy assistance and in-home support services to transition age youth to help them achieve permanent housing and independence the CC County Coordinated Entry System.
