Operates a transitional shelter for men, women, and families with children under 14. Shelter residents need to be on Alameda County GA or TANF, a veteran, or with HIV/AIDS.

Residents meet weekly with an assigned case manager to develop an individualized service plan, unique to the needs of each Veteran, i.e. referral to legal aid and support in court matters. Case managers assists veterans with online applications for benefits, services and pensions as well as budget management and credit repair strategies.
