Services include support, reassurance, counseling, crisis intervention, abuse prevention, medication reminders, well-being checks, and information and referral. Trained staff and volunteers receive calls and make outgoing calls to individuals who may be lonely, isolated, grieving, depressed, anxious, and/or thinking about death or suicide.
