Mentors (ages 18-35) come from very diverse backgrounds (over 50% identify as LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC) and have firsthand experience with a wide range of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to addiction, trauma, eating disorders, evolving gender/sexual identity and more. Also offers peer-led group sessions on selected topics.

Provides empowerment to black fathers by providing 12 sessions of evidence based curriculum in a group or one-on-one setting. Sessions focus on fatherhood skills, parenting/relationship skills, self-awareness, and self care.
