Provides a registry for domestic partners of the same sex, or partners of opposite sexes with one partner at least 62 years old, may be eligible to register a domestic partnership with the Secretary of State. Registration is done by completing a Declaration of Domestic Partnership, having both partners' signatures notarized, and submitting it with the appropriate fee to the Secretary of State. Provides a variety of medical services including family medicine, women's health, pediatrics, chronic disease management, immunizations, health education, HIV testing, optometry services and dental care. Optometry services also available, hours have been expanded; please call for hours and appointments.

Provides an active social and recreational program for adolescents with special needs, age 11-22 years. To meet the daycare needs of working families, the program operates year-round and services are provided on shortened school days and non-school days. Program hours for regular school days are 2:30-6pm, shortened school days are 1-6pm and on non-school days 9-6pm.

Provides employment, vocational and life skills services to at-risk youth and young adults. Services include tutoring in English and Math, GED scholarships, assistance with college applications, job search, resume assistance, mock interviews, entrepreneur workshops and counseling, life skills workshops, and referrals to community programs.

Provides Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) counseling for children, adolescents, families and groups age 5 to 21 in home, school or office. EPSDT process is in place to assure that medically necessary health care is received in order to correct or ameliorate a defect, physical or mental illness, or a health condition identified through a screening.

Serves Antioch, Pittsburg and Bay Point residents only.

Provides home safety modifications to seniors in order to prevent falls. Installs small safety items such as grab bars, railings, shower chairs, etc. Also holds classes to prevent falls and promote balance, in-person classes are held once a week for two hours each week, for 8 weeks.

Provides an online platform for residents to apply for CalWORKS, CalFresh (Food Stamps), Medi-Cal and General Assistance case benefits. Clients who use this system can create an account, upload documents, make changes, and check on the status of their application.

Provides low cost dental services for adults and children. Individual can choose to be seen by a student dentist under supervision, a post-graduate student dentist or a faculty member. The fee varies by dentist type chosen and service needed. Services include; general, screening exam for all new patients, preventive care, complete dental exams, limited X-rays, teeth cleaning, resin sealants, general dental services, fillings, crowns, dentures, teeth whitening, implants, root canals, and emergency dental care (first-come, first-served basis).
