Provides an online platform for residents to apply for CalWORKS, CalFresh (Food Stamps), Medi-Cal and General Assistance case benefits. Clients who use this system can create an account, upload documents, make changes, and check on the status of their application.

Provides a variety of recreational and educational classes to seniors. Delivers hot and cold lunches to home-bound seniors living in the surrounding community on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Volunteers make weekly friendly reassurance calls.

Students work on their reading, writing and math, and have access to the computer learning lab, art instruction, or the audio-visual room. RES SUCCESS has partnered with the Diablo Valley College to offer classes both at RES SUCCESS and on the college campus for the students. Students have access to the DVC Transit Center and are able to network with various volunteer opportunities in Central county.

Provides GoGo Concord (formerly Get Around Taxi), a door-to-door same day transportation program. Program is dependent on funding. Offers transportation service between neighboring cities, 24 hours daily, at low cost to Concord residents, age 65+.

Provides information, referrals, assistance, understanding and hope to persons of all ages with disabilities as well as elderly individuals for the purpose of helping them to live as independently as possible. Services include: advocacy, benefits assistance, housing assistance, employment services, peer counseling services, assistance with independent educational planning (IEPs for school-aged youth), life skills, ADA information, public & businesses education. Referrals and resources are provided for: assistive technology, agencies serving the disabled, transportation, and youth programs. Advocacy services to increase access to services, benefits, and other social services and advising clients regarding their rights. Housing referral services assist clients by maintaining a registry of accessible, adaptable, affordable apartments and houses. Peer counseling is available to disabled individuals, their families, and friends. In depth individual skills development can be provided within the peer-counseling group or on a one-to-one basis. A small lending library of equipment is available.

Provides fire suppression, emergency medical services, fire/arson investigation, public education on fire and life safety, and weed abatement to Pinole residents.

Provides community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment and co-occurring behavioral health services for adolescents. Program offers targeted case management and family counseling.

Provides free disposal and recycling of household hazardous waste including leftover or unused portions of materials used to clean and maintain your home. These materials are often labeled CAUTION, WARNING, DANGER, POISON, TOXIC, FLAMMABLE, or CORROSIVE. Materials include batteries, electronic waste, mercury, pharmaceuticals, sharps, paint and fat, oils and grease. Provides legal services via remote advocacy. Housing, DV Restraining Order and Consumer clinics are all suspended; contact hotlines for assistance. Offers free legal services related to health care access and coverage, including Covered California, public and private insurance and other health care access related issues. Issues included but not limited to: Medi-Cal and Denti-Cal, Medicare, medical debt, IHSS, paratransit services, mental health services and county indigent programs.

Provides non-emergency medical transportation for ambulatory, wheelchair, wheelchair bariatric, stair chair and gurney individuals. Also provides non-emergency medical transportation for special needs individuals.

Offers 4 mobile showers for homeless individuals in need of a shower.

Provides application processing for General Assistance relief for qualifying individuals. Program provides job assessment, job training and job search assistance.
