Provides free legal services for Contra Costa seniors age 60+ including advice, counsel and representation in civil legal matters, such as: elder abuse, consumer matters, housing, income maintenance as well as advance health care directives and durable power of attorney. Special Free Wills Clinic and Consult-an-Attorney Programs conducted at selected Senior Centers throughout the County; Pro Bono Program conducted to assist in placing eligible clients with private attorneys where possible.
