Veterans can chat online anonymously with a counselor 24 hours daily. Friends and family members of a veteran in crisis are also welcomed to use Veterans Chat. Counsels clients on the general legal framework of living in the United States, such as proper documentation for employment, due process, consumer rights and the necessity of auto insurance. Also provides information and referral for persons with questions about immigration. Offers immigrant related workshops on U Visa, VAWA, and deportation.

Provides fire suppression, emergency medical services, rescue, public education, training and hazardous conditions to Brentwood, Oakley, Discovery Bay, Bethel Island, Knightsen, Byron, Marsh Creek, and Morgan territory.

Acts as the liaison between a pregnant woman and the services needed to provide the child a healthy start and the mother a healthy pregnancy. Coordinates initial prenatal appointment and referrals to programs for pregnant women i.e. WIC. Makes referrals as needed, offers genetic counseling, prenatal testing, brief counseling on substance abuse issues and community outreach.

Provides a broad range of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities. Issues include, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, anxiety, relationship conflict, developmental concerns, prescription management, family communication and parenting issues. We offer two programs: Contra Costa Outpatient Pittsburg and Community Support Program (CSP). Outpatient offers services for mild and moderate psychiatric disabilities including weekly individual and group psychotherapy. CSP offers intensive services for severe psychiatric disabilities including case management, medication management, 24/7 hour crisis line, individual/group/family psychotherapy, housing/education/vocational support, peer support, and dual diagnosis treatment.

Offers a doula service and a doula training program in Contra Costa County operated through a partnership with Contra Costa County's Perinatal Equity Initiative (PEI). Provides a free training program for community members to become doulas. Doula program offers prenatal home visits, prenatal care appointment support, birth planning, labor and delivery support, postpartum home visits breastfeeding assistance, infant care overview/instruction, perinatal depression screening and linkage and referrals to health and social services.

Provides bilingual services that support mental health, developmental disabilities, substance use recovery, housing, employment, and reentry programs. Additionally they assist individuals and families with counseling, job training, peer support, and community engagement.
