R-Transit clients receive a subsidy to use Lyft for on-demand trips in the cities of Richmond, El Cerrito, North Richmond, El Sobrante, Kensington, San Pablo, and Pinole. RAPID will also expand service to and from the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Veterans hospital in Martinez, CA. Lyft driver is not required to assist passenger. Payment must be made directly to Lyft in form of credit/debit card, or prepaid debit card.

Provides a food pantry. Food boxes are located in the parking lot in front of the church. Clients who are able to do so, must drive up, and load food into their vehicle. Individuals unable to do so, may receive assistance from church members.

Clients can apply for CalFresh and MediCal, gather information about childcare and preschool options, record with Reach from Clerk-Recorder's Office, obtain a Covid-19 vaccine, sign-up for library cards, obtain weatherization information, register to vote, and obtain clean slate program information.

Provides reentry service including an assessment of individual's needs to help address barriers, reentry planning, mentor and peer support, system navigation and coordination of resources including, but not limited to housing assistance, education and employment preparation, vocational training and job placement, legal assistance, family and community reunification, etc.
