Provides a broad range of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities. Issues include, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, anxiety, relationship conflict, developmental concerns, prescription management, family communication and parenting issues. We offer two programs: Contra Costa Outpatient Pittsburg and Community Support Program (CSP). Outpatient offers services for mild and moderate psychiatric disabilities including weekly individual and group psychotherapy. CSP offers intensive services for severe psychiatric disabilities including case management, medication management, 24/7 hour crisis line, individual/group/family psychotherapy, housing/education/vocational support, peer support, and dual diagnosis treatment.

Offers a 24-hour toll-free accredited crisis intervention program for older and disabled adults. Provides a crisis and a warm line for routine phone calls that provide emotional support, reassurance, crisis intervention, elder abuse prevention, suicide prevention and information and referral for additional care. Trained staff and volunteers receive calls and make outgoing calls, offering an ongoing connection for many individuals who may be lonely, isolated, grieving, depressed, anxious, and/or thinking about death or suicide.
