Provides safe, supportive, structured recovery housing for men and women seeking a stable, substance-free living environment. Residents will receive a furnished living space, peer support, house structure, accountability, and connections to community recovery and supportive services. Accepts women who are working toward maintaining sobriety and rebuilding stability, including individuals involved with probation or parole. MAT is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Highly trained specialists can also provide referrals for the following: investigation of pesticide incidents, emergency treatment information, safety information, health and environmental effects, and clean-up and disposal procedures.

WestCAT is a service of the Western Contra Costa Transit Authority, which provides a network of local and express bus routes throughout west Contra Costa County: serving the cities of Pinole and Hercules and the unincorporated communites of Montalvin Manor, Tara Hills, Bayview, Rodeo, Crockett, and Port Costa. The express bus routes operate to and from the El Cerrito del Norte BART station 7 days a week. In addition, WestCAT operates regional service between Martinez and the Hercules Transit Center and between the Hercules Transit Center and Contra Costa College. Also, WestCAT operates transbay bus service between the Hercules Transit Center and the San Francisco Transbay Terminal, called the Lynx.

The day is designed to increase and/or maintain current physical and mental functioning. Also provides individualized plans combining medical, social and therapy service for adults with mid to late stage Alzheimer's disease and dementia. The day is filled with appropriate activities for people with memory impairments, and may include live music, physical horticulture and art therapies, exercise and games.

Provides a variety of homeless specific support services on a drop-in basis to homeless individuals. Services include restrooms, laundry, and mail service for non-shelter residents. The center offers an outdoor pocket park to promote a sense of community with access to kennels for companion animals while accessing services.

Public benefits issues include CalWORKs, SSDI (Social Security Disability Benefits), SSI, Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants, Food Stamps, GA, and other county-specific programs. Bay Area Legal Aid does not handle criminal matters.

Works at the intersection of regulatory and legislative policy ensuring that customers of California's major investor-owned utilities receive quality affordable energy, phone and broadband. Agency does not provide direct financial assistance.
