All Tri Delta Transit buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with wheelchair lifts/ramps. Serves eastern Contra Costa County (Antioch, Pittsburg, Brentwood, Oakley, Bay Point, parts of Discovery Bay and Knightsen), Concord, and Martinez with 16 local bus routes Monday-Friday and six on weekends and holidays. Concord and Martinez routes run Monday-Friday only.

Peer counseling is available to disabled individuals, their families, and friends. In depth individual skills development can be provided within the peer-counseling group or on a one-to-one basis. A small lending library of equipment is available.

Recruits and provides foster family certification to enable families to be eligible to provide a crisis home for youth needing a safe environment for youths, ages 0 to 17, who are experiencing crisis while NCFC counselors work with the youth and family to reunite them, or develop mutually agreed upon alternatives. Also provides Long-term Foster care for children referred by Social Services in Contra Costa, Alameda, and Solano counties. To be eligible, family must possess the ability to relate effectively to and adequately supervise youth, have space to temporarily house one or more young people, possess the ability to be certified by the NCFC as a Foster Family, and pass child abuse and criminal background checks.
