Member advocates help people obtain vital documents, build practical life skills, prepare for housing, navigate resources, and connect with community partners offering transitional and permanent supportive housing. During intake, new and returning members can complete a Housing Needs Assessment through Contra Costa County Coordinated Entry for consideration in the countywide housing queue.

Provides a food pantry.

Provides 15-20 pounds of fresh produce two times per month to qualifying households that are in need of food assistance. Produce is distributed from the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Mobile Trucks.
