Also has a separate Youth Talkline manned by volunteers who are in their teens and early twenties that speak with other teens and young adults up to the age of 25 about LGBTQ issues and concerns. Youth chatrooms and peer support chat is also available online.

Program registrants can travel within a specified geographic service area to include cities of Richmond, El Cerrito, San Pablo, North Richmond, El Sobrante, Kensington, and Pinole. Reservations are required and can be made up to 30 days in advance; same day service is based on availability.
