Depending on the camp child is registered for, more information will be provided to the client. The cost includes transportation, lodging, and all meals for the camp session.

The cohort-based program includes classroom training of 12-weeks in a healthcare skills lab with hand-on training in a skilled nursing facility. Followed by a 4-month paid internship, job placement assistance, and alumni career support.

All Permanent Supportive Housing units are filled through the CC Coordinated Entry system. Homeless individuals can be placed on the Coordinated Entry list at the CARE Centers, homeless shelters or by dialing 211.

Due to the current pandemic, support group is meeting via Zoom. Provides a peer-led support group for any Spanish speaking individual who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Offers insights from others challenges and successes including trained leaders who lead the group. Provides a safe and confidential setting for individuals to share their experiences and encourages empathy, productive discussion and a sense of community. No specific medical therapy or treatment is endorsed.

Provides information, referrals, assistance, understanding and hope to persons of all ages with disabilities as well as elderly individuals for the purpose of helping them to live as independently as possible. Services include: advocacy, benefits assistance, housing assistance, employment services, peer counseling services, assistance with independent educational planning (IEPs for school-aged youth), life skills, ADA information, public & businesses education. Referrals and resources are provided for: assistive technology, agencies serving the disabled, transportation, and youth programs. A small lending library of equipment is available.
