Provides referrals to private practicing lawyers in specific areas of the law, as well as local government, consumer, and public service agencies. Trained legal interviewers screen clients to determine the location and language requirements for the most convenient referral possible. If it is determined that a lawyer's advice is recommended, clients are scheduled for a thirty-minute consultation with the appropriate attorney in the area. If a legal consultation is not necessary, clients are referred to an appropriate organization or agency in the area. Clients having a fee dispute with their attorney, must contact the State Bar of California Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program.

Administers twenty-two elementary schools, eight middle schools, and four high schools and two alternative high schools in the San Ramon Valley. Programs and classes are available for special needs children, ages 0-22; call for information.

Offers women's clinic including free pap-smears and breast exams as well as free mammogram referrals. Provides flu vaccines and Covid-19 vaccines including boosters. Transportation to the mobile clinics may be available to patients who reside in area far from the mobile clinics.

Provides a variety of publications on health issues in both English and Spanish, an extensive list of clinical trials, information on Alzheimer's disease, and a comprehensive list of health and aging organizations. Also has grant and training information.

Provides free services related to child care to parents/guardians and child care professionals in Central Contra Costa County. Services include assistance with finding and selecting child care and family resources, guidance and support applying for subsidized child care, technical assistance to child care professionals, child care needs assessment upon request, and parent education opportunities.

Offers parent-led advocacy program supports self-and-collective empowerment for parents and primary caregivers to influence public policy and practices that result in quality education for all youth and access for all families to healing-centered wellness care. Provides free one-on-one support to older adults navigating ongoing or upcoming legal proceedings, including cases involving elder abuse or eviction. Trained volunteers accompany individuals to court hearings and assist with navigating the courthouse, taking notes, remembering important information, and providing emotional support throughout the court process. Transportation assistance may also be available through partnerships with local transportation providers. The program does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or case advocacy.

Offers behavioral therapy provided by a licensed clinical social worker. Services includes; individual, family, adolescent counseling, eating disorders, sexual orientation counseling, Autism therapy and ADHD.

Offers Bright Beginnings program that is designed for children demonstrating a significant delay in communication and/or social skills, and who may or may not have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Speech therapy is provided weekly and there is an Occupational Therapist on staff for consultation. Program includes interventions and strategies that reflect a respect for racial, ethnic and cultural diversity, as well as unique family difference.

Offers a range of programs for young people in West Contra Costa County to promote healthy pro-social behaviors that will lead to a healthy productive adulthood. Health education school-based programs include after-school programs, peer education, psycho-education support groups, and case management.

Behavioral health services include psychiatry, short-term individual and family therapy, support groups, and crisis management and referral into long-term treatment for children and adults.
