Once registered at a First 5 Center, families can begin to choose from over 20 classes (in person/virtual) each session full of fun activities for families, parenting classes, workshops for adults, etc. All services are free. Provides Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services for Medi-Cal members with highly complex needs. ECM is a benefit that provides extra services to help clients get the care needed to stay healthy. Qualified individuals will have their own care team, including a Lead Care Manager who will talk to client, doctors, specialists, pharmacists, case managers, social services providers and others to make sure everyone works together to get client the care needed. Lead Care Managers can also help clients find and apply for other services in their communities which include, medically tailored meals and housing supports.

Awards financial aid for City of San Pablo residents enrolled in one of eight Career Technical Education programs at Contra Costa College and partially funds childcare for working residents through the college's Early Learning Center.
