Community-based mental health service program for young adults (16-26) living in Western to Central Contra Costa County. Serve's Medi-Cal recipients who are experiencing mental health challenges often in addition to homelessness, substance use issues or histories of trauma and abuse. Services include therapy, case management, living skills support, medication management, participant groups and peer mentoring.  CCTAY works in close collaboration with Contra Costa County Behavioral Health Services.  

Provides twelve step support group for individuals with compulsive spending leading to debt. Groups listed on website and in newsletter. National organization publishes a variety of literature on compulsive spending. Support groups are held in Walnut Creek, Martinez and Oakland.

Provides services designed to support students who are blind, visually impaired, deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind. These services include a library of free-loan described and captioned educational media, a clearinghouse of information related to educational media access, a gateway to Internet resources related to accessibility, and a center for training and evaluation of any service provider desiring to appear on the DCMP's approved lists of description and captioning service providers. There are no user registration or service fees. The DCMP is funded by the U.S. Department of Education and administered by the National Association of the Deaf.

Collaborates with Presto to provide shared autonomous vehicle service for the general public in Martinez, specifically Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (County Hospital) patients as well as the general public in need of transportation. Patients can book rides to or from the county hospital and to a preferred pharmacy from a set list of location by calling the main number. Offers a mobile app called May Mobility in which members of the general public can book rides to a list of designated stops within the service zone. Provides wheel chair accessibility with ramp. Maximum limit of riders for non wheel chair riders is 5 per vehicle.
