Provides outpatient adolescent mental health counseling to Contra Costa County residents ages 0-17 with full scope Medi-Cal. Does not provide psychiatric services.

Works with clients to identify alternatives to incarceration such as substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment or connections with re-entry case management programs throughout Contra Costa County. Provides incarcerated, convicted, and sentenced individuals access to different kinds of post-conviction relief and resentencing, made available through recent state legislation.
