Program is not able to provide assistance for rent in advance or future rent. Effective immediately, participants who receive grants from SHELTER, Inc. cannot re-apply for assistance for 2 years. Limited amount of funds for utilities and deposit assistance. No back-rent assistance for: Subsidized rent (for example: Section 8), Subleasing (renting a place from a renter), Room rental (living at the same house as the landlord) or SLE.
