Repairs or replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems which show obvious signs of deterioration, as well as modifications to the residence for the physically handicapped, are eligible. Provides early intervention services for children ages 0-3 with developmental delays or who are at risk for delay, developmental and standardized assessments, weekly home visits by a professional staff of therapists and educators, and parent education and support. Provide intensive early intervention services to children 0-3 with autism spectrum disorders.
