Provides a variety of programs for families with young children, age 0-5. Offers a place where clients can connect with each other, learn, and get access to community resources. Once registered at a First 5 Center, families can begin to choose from over 20 classes (in person/virtual) each session full of fun activities for families, parenting classes, workshops for adults, etc. All services are free. Provides drop-in playtime, Saturday classes, monthly events, and classes focused on dads. Families can meet with a Community Resource Specialist to be connected to resources or for parenting tips. Special Free Wills Clinic and Consult-an-Attorney Programs conducted at selected Senior Centers throughout the County; Pro Bono Program conducted to assist in placing eligible clients with private attorneys where possible.
