Provides low cost primary health care for adults, teens and children regardless of insurance or immigration status. Services include; immunizations, STD testing, and physicals. Provides comprehensive pregnancy services and well-baby care. In addition to prenatal visits, it includes education and support related to staying healthy during pregnancy, good nutrition, breast feeding, and psycho-social services, including psychiatric evaluations. Provides a wide variety of health care services for women that include free pap smears, breast exams, birth control and STD/HIV testing to all women who qualify.

Provides personal, confidential support and information to heterosexual spouses/partners, current or former, of gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender mates and mixed-orientation couples or transgender/non-transgender couples for constructively resolving coming-out issues. Oversees a variety of services for residents including recreation centers, aquatic parks, senior centers, police department, and community and economic development. Public works department provides maintenance service to San Ramon's roads, parks, marina, open spaces, flood control areas, street signs and lights, water and sewer lines as well as providing safe potable water to residents.
